About the Project

I was part of a design team in charge of delivering a new user experience across Belden.com and its partner portal. We worked closely with Belden stakeholders to bring new and enhanced experiences to Belden’s employees, customers, and partners to add business value and unleash growth potential.

Objective: Helping drive increased customer satisfaction, reduce friction across the website and partner portal, and reduce risks by redesigning and transforming the existing Belden user experience into a top tier e-commerce experience.

Due to confidentiality, I can’t share images of the process of final product, but I’d be happy to talk about my process in further detail.
